Yes. For the safety of our staff and your pets, we will never send our staff out in dangerous weather.
We will always try to accommodate where we can - for example, hotter days we may move your walk to an earlier time to avoid the midday heat, walk in shaded areas, plenty of water and shorter walks.
We keep our clients up to date with any changes being made to your booking due to the weather.

Short answer - No.
When we attend a meet and greet and ask questions about your pet, one of those questions is always "how is their recall?" This is for 2 reasons. 1) If there is ever a case where a dog has slipped their leash, or the leash snaps, or some other incident occurs, we need to know that we can get them back as quickly as possible. And 2) If your dog's recall is up to par and they can behave off leash - we are happy to let them off to play about when appropriate.
PLEASE NOTE - we do not allow dogs off leash until we have established a relationship with them and assessed their recall for ourselves.
All of our dogs are fitted with Samsung Trackers and an off leash waiver form must be signed.
